Meet The Team
I am a wife, mother of 2 grown children and 3 fur babies. I have found my home in the beautiful Hervey Bay where I have followed my dreams to help others feel better about themselves, not only through improved mobility, but mentality as well.
I love having the ability to make clients feel better about themselves and being able to assist them in moving pain free. I believe in strengthening the muscles and reconnecting the mind.
After spending many years receiving massages and loving how great they make you feel, I wanted to make people feel the same.
I decided to choose Massage and Pilates because of the many benefits both modalities have for your body.
After years of training with other like minded experts, I am driven to never stop learning about the many benefits of Massage and Pilates.
In my spare time I love hanging out with my husband, my grown children, my fur babies and catching up with friends.

At My MeTime Massage & Pilates I will welcome you with my gentle nature and my big brown eyes.
I am highly intelligent, loyal
and inquisitive so may greet you at the door and then am happy to curl up under the massage bed.
I may also require a light pat under my chin or a gentle rub on my belly.
In my spare time I love going for walks, playtime and running around with my brothers in the back yard.
Hello I’m Alexis, I’ve recently moved to this beautiful part of the world from the Gold Coast. I have to say, I’m enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and slower pace of life here. And people are so friendly!
I’m excited to be working with Tina, and we will be bringing you a range of new classes as of this week. I have a genuine passion for yoga and meditation and have lots of experience teaching to groups of young people, adults and workplaces. Most recently I’ve been working as a therapist and have over 10 years’ experience working in mental health, youth residential care, child protection, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and counselling.
I’ve seen first-hand the effects of stress and burnout and have experienced this myself. I know how important self-care is, and what can happen if we don’t put our wellbeing first. We can prevent stress and burnout, or intervene early, instead of waiting for a health crisis to happen before we take action. We can choose to live in a way that promotes healing, wellbeing, and flourishing.
